We live in a three-dimensional world, and the tools students use to visualize and understand the world should be three-dimensional, too! Visible Body’s interactive 3D biology, anatomy, and physiology models engage students in and out of the classroom, allowing them to take charge and explore the inner workings of human anatomy, cells, and plants to better understand various structures, systems, and processes. Richard Mantrana of Southwest Miami Senior High School has used Visible Body’s 3D education tools to help move students from passive to active learning with the help of 3D-enhanced lessons and labs. In this discussion, he will demonstrate how he’s effectively used Visible Body’s 3D resources to engage and delight his students, as well as ensure positive learning outcomes.
