Exhibitor Registration for the 2026 NABT Professional Development Conference is now open. A valid registration must be on file to attend the conference.

This registration is for NABT Exhibitors only. If you are not an exhibitor, please register through the regular conference registration page.

Each exhibitor is allotted a specific number of complimentary registrations based on their exhibitor package. If you are unsure how many registrations are included, please check your exhibitor information, contact your primary exhibit representative, or contact Megan Collie at mcollie@nabt.org. Exhibitors who register attendees beyond their allotted number will be billed $250 per additional attendee following the conference

Reservations at the Hyatt Regency Dallas - Reunion Tower can be made using this link. NABT has a special room rate of $225/night plus applicable taxes and fees. The deadline for this special room rate is October 6th.  Please be sure to book your hotel room before then! Make your reservation now.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please notify NABT in writing by October 15th. A $20 handling fee will be assessed for all refunds. Refunds after October 15th may be approved with additional fees. Registration fees for presenters participating in the program are not refundable at any time. Hotel reservations must be cancelled by contacting the hotel.

Please see 2026 NABT Conference for the latest information about the safety measures NABT will be enforcing to ensure our community can safely meet in-person. 

It is understood that by registering for the NABT Professional Development Conference, you are granting permission for NABT to record your participation, and that resulting photos and video may be used for NABT-related marketing and promotions. This includes, but is not limited to printed and digital materials, online posts, streaming video, direct emails, social media, or through any other communications media currently existing or later created.
